What is THC-A and how is it legal?
THC-A is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in raw hemp and the precursor to Delta-9 THC. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are classified as legal hemp, regardless of THC-A content. Some states regulate THC-A differently, so we do not ship THC-A products to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Rhode Island, or Oregon.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same day. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking is provided for every order.
Do you require age verification?
Yes. You must be 21+ to purchase. We verify age at checkout, and carriers may require signature or ID at delivery for certain products.
Which states can you NOT ship to?
We do not ship THC-A products to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Rhode Island, or Oregon due to state regulations. Delta-8 and CBD products have separate restrictions. Check your state laws before ordering.
Are your products lab tested?
Every product is third-party lab tested. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our Lab Results page and on individual product pages. We test for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials.
How should I dose edibles?
Start low, go slow. If you're new to THC, begin with 5-10mg and wait at least 60-90 minutes before consuming more. Nano products (like ORBIT) onset faster (10-20 min) so adjust accordingly. Everyone's tolerance is different.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Contact us for defective or damaged shipments — we'll make it right.
