At Inhale More, we’re committed to following all state and federal laws to ensure safe and legal access to our Farm Bill-compliant hemp products. Due to varying state regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to specific states.

Please review the restrictions below before placing your order.

THC-A Shipping Restrictions

Due to state laws, we do not ship THC-A products to the following states:

Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Oregon

Delta-8 THC Shipping Restrictions

Due to state laws, we do not ship Delta-8 products to the following states:

Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont

Important Notes

• These restrictions apply to all products containing THC-A or Delta-8, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and concentrates.

• Our system may block checkout for restricted states, but it is still your responsibility to know your local laws before purchasing.

• If an order is placed from a restricted state, it will be canceled and refunded.

• All products sold by Inhale More are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
